Our yoga based stretch & flexibility classes are the perfect way to complement your pole and aerial training.
Although our classes are tailored to suit aerial training, there is a great benefit for everyone regardless of ability. Regular flexibility sessions are a great way to keep your joints mobile or get you working towards those bendy poses!
We work on yoga based exercises and poses to help you build muscle and control. Our sessions focus on a different area of the body each week ensuring you get an all over experience.
What to bring
Stretchy sports wear is advised – leggings, t-shirts/vest-tops.
Bring a drink! Our yoga based stretch classes can build up quite a sweat, so you will need to make sure you stay hydrated.
