Pole Fitness Classes in Essex
Pole Fitness has gained in popularity as a mainstream form of fitness over the years. For us here at Celestial Aerial Arts, it is a form of empowerment and strength and a great way to build your confidence and self-esteem.
Pole is for everyone – all ages, shapes and sizes. There is no need for any prior experience, strength or flexibility. You will gain all of this from regular training as well as a feeling of awesomeness and make new friends for life!
Attending regular pole fitness classes will build muscle, endurance and flexibility as well as being a great cardio workout. You will gain upper body and core strength as you work from low-level spins at beginner level to tricks and dynamic movement at advanced.
What to bring
Skin contact with the pole is important for gripping so you will need clothing that allows this. Shorts and a vest top/crop top are advised.
New beginners can wear leggings and t-shirts if they feel more comfortable but will need leg and thigh grips as the levels progress.
Bring a drink! Pole fitness is a great cardio workout so you will need to make sure you stay hydrated.
Unfortunately, heels cannot be worn at our current venue but keep an eye out for upcoming heels workshops at an alternative location!
